Damages and issues
All our products come with a free 30-day warranty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We can only be happy if you are. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you can ship them back to us for a full refund or exchange. To return your items for a refund or exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. State your order number, name, and the reason for your return; we will then provide you with the necessary information to return the items.
You are only eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. (including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place).
The package must be shipped with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as MisterPaw cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
